Nice hotel with amazing views from the terrace… the host is also amazing left my phone charger and they kept it for me until I got it back! Only downside is there’s no breakfast

We stayed one night in a nice and big room with a view on the balloons in the morning. They can be spotted on the terrace too. Well located, with various places to have dinner or go by the river Thank you !

The best vacation ever / En iyi tatil

Without the second thought Avanos is the one of the best place to accommodate in Cappadocia. In Avanos Bayer Stone House is the best place for it. Location of the hotel is perfect. Hotel has an amazing Kızılırmak river scenery (morning/night). Area is quiet and calm. Rooms are decorated wonderfully. All you need is available at the rooms. If there is something needed, please ask to them, and most probably they will handle it. Most importantly, thanks to Hayrettin and Eda Bayer, you will feel yourself at your home. In other words, you won’t feel yourself as a customer but a guest of Hayrettin and Eda Bayer. My last suggestion to you is that chat with Hayrettin and Eda Bayer, they have enough knowledge about the area and other many things. Kapadokya gezilerinde hiç düşünülmeden seçilmesi gereken bölgelerden birinin Avanos olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Avanos bölgesinde de bundan sonra kalacağımız tek yer Bayer Stone House olur. Konumu gerçekten çok güzel. Harika bir Kızıl Irmak manzarası mevcut (gecesi ayrı, gündüzü ayrı). Sessiz ve sakin bir bölgede yer alıyor. Odalar gerçekten çok güzel dekore edilmiş. Gerekli olan hemen hemen her şey odalarda mevcut. Odalarda olmayan ya da eksik gelen bir şeyi hiç çekinmeden isteyebilirsiniz, mevcutsa anında karşılanıyor. En önemlisi işletmecileri Hayrettin ve Eda Bayer sizi konaklayan bir müşteri olarak değil sanki Avanos’ a gelen misafirleriymiş gibi ağırlıyorlar.

Çokkk samimi butik bir işletme... Hakikatten evdeymiş gibi 2 gün konakladık. Avanosun tepesinde harika manzaralı, güzel kahvaltılı, tertipli ve şık ambianslı odaları vede harika işletmeci çift... 10 ay evvel açılmış bu otelin samimiyetini ve rahatlığını umarim konaklayan misafirler bilirki işletmeci bu rahat ve samimi konsepti yılmaz ve herzaman aynı kalır... Son olarak tekrar seyahat etmek isteyeceğimiz kapadokya bölgesinde yine Avanos ilçesinde kalmayı kesinlikle tercih ederiz çünkü tarihi, imkanli ve tarihi ilce ve tabikide Avanos ta tecrübe edip memnun kaldığımız Bayer Stone House kesinlikle tercih ederiz.

The staff were a lovely family who were super hospitable, warm, and friendly . Also the breakfast was amazing as well as the view from the breakfast area. We also loved the cave feel and the modern/ updated bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
