The place appeared good, clean modern and remodeled, and it was remodeled and modern, in photos and at first glance. "This was our second time staying at the Corinthia Lisbon within the last few years, and overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lisbon. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We had a vehicle during our stay and used the valet parking service. The gentlemen working the valet were always extremely kind and helpful, and they regularly gave us great tips and recommendations for places to eat and visit from a local perspective, which we really appreciated. There were only a couple of minor things that I feel could be improved. Compared to our stay two years ago, the breakfast buffet seemed to have slightly fewer options and the overall quality, particularly at the egg and omelette station, could use a little more attention. We have experienced better omelette stations at other hotels, so this would be one area I would suggest improving. Also, guests should be aware that the elevators can sometimes take quite a while, particularly during busy periods. The hotel is quite large and busy, so this is understandable, but there were definitely times when we had to wait longer than expected for an elevator. That being said, these are relatively minor points. Overall, the Corinthia Lisbon continues to be a great hotel with excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and very helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay once again and would certainly consider returning in the future."

"This is a 5-star hotel all around! Even as an American with high standards this hotel is just amazing. The interior or lobby and everything is wow. And rooms are very clean and awesome service. Ah and also the health spa with whirlpool and sauna and steam room. The best after a long day of Touring. Seriously. This is a top hotel!"

"Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a decent location. We booked the family room which had ample space and was well furnished. However, the bathrooms here need a complete refurbish as they seem old and outdated. The staff are wonderful and so hospitable, often going out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was great and my kids loved it."
