The hotel is central to a lot of really great Portuguese restaurants and is even across the street from an underground mall. Limehome Lisbon Saldanha
The location is good, you can walk to many areas, but you are NOT in the heart of Lisbon. I used a lot of Buses and Ubers. The apartment is comfortable, and clean, and 15 minutes to the airport. Black out windows and a/c were great.
