I booked a superior room (at a minimal price) and it was spacious, clean and bright. The staff were lovely and always available (especially the lady on reception). "Unser hotelzimmer bestand nur aus 5 klappbetten. Überall war schimmel: an den wändern, am Boden, an den bettgestellen, im Kühlschrank und an der klima anlage. Die Bettbezüge waren voll mit flecken und einfach nicht sauber. Das badezimmer hat einfach nur bestialisch gestunken, die dusche war schimmlig und es gab kein Toilettenpapier. Blut spritzer an den bettgestellen, sowie an den wänden. Als wir um ein neues zimmer gebeten hatten, wurde uns nur gesagt wir sollen am nächsten Tag nochmal danach...
