"We had a fantastic stay at the Nissiana Hotel in Ayia Napa. While it may not be the newest hotel, the level of cleanliness and service is absolutely top-notch—the highest you could ask for. The food was also a huge highlight. It was clean and excellent, with a great selection of authentic Greek dishes that made our dining experience wonderful. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making our overall experience truly exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"We liked beach and some staff at restaurant. Steve was fantastic and empathetic. The rest does not deserve any positive comment. It was stress and torture. We were not able to enjoy what we paid for. Dirty, not supportive Management, limited cleaning service, Julia was great, mattresses with blood stains, wet, ants, dirty garden with cigarettes and broken glass, the door was not opening with key, every day we needed to walk back to the reception and sometimes waiting up to 2hrs to enter the room so technical staff show up. No telephone communication since telephone is not working in the room. No apologies, and when you complain they ingnore you. At check in our room was not ready so we waited 5hrs to get in the room. We arrived even 1 day later with notice to the Mangment and at the end I needed to depart earlier so for the money that we paid they provided only at last minute late check out for my spouse. We will not be back. To bed I cannot attach room photographs on this review, but I will on google. We will not be back."

"The staff are soo friendly, especially Andrea (breakfast and The Greats restaurant) and Veronika (who made sure we had drinks through out the day) and the swim up rooms in Fishermans wharf were so convenient. "

"It was a pleasant family stay in Loutsiana . We enjoyed the clean pool, not overcrowded and comfy sun beds. Also the breakfast was tasty with many options. The are also options for lunch and dinner in the local restaurant. Its not in city center, but 10 minutes walk to Markonissos beach, couple of minutes walk to supermarket , and a bus stop which will take you to aye napa city center, or to larnaca . "

"This hotel is advertised as a 4-star but is definitely more of a 3-star. Some parts of it were nice, but I found many other things done poorly, which detracted from the overall experience. We stayed for 6 nights on an all-inclusive package. We paid roughly 300 EUR per night, which was not good value. GOOD - Rooms were clean - Showers were good pressure and consistent hot water - The beach was never busy, and had some nice water. - Service overall in the hotel was nice, staff were friendly and proactive - Main pool was nice. BAD - We had all-inclusive, but they tried to charge us 2.50 EUR for a bottle of water to have in our room. They provided 1 bottle, and then you had to go to a single water refill station to refill everyday. The staff even said to not drink the tap water or use it for brushing teeth, usually in such places, the hotel provides bottled water. This was annoying, if we forgot at end of the night. - To rent towels, usually hotels provide a towel card to exchange, which if lost, then gets charged to your room for the missing towels. They provided a towel card where it stated this, but when we went to exchange it, they actually said the policy had changed and now required 20 EUR cash, which of course we didn't have on hand because we were staying at an all inclusive - Sunbeds for the hotels private beach are chargeable on weekends?! - The food was decent sometimes, pretty poor others. - There were just small upcharges for everything, which was annoying. "
