"Our room was clean, our television didn't work, so we had to change rooms. Overall, poor communication between maintenance and Frontline employees. Management should consider uniforms that present a professional image for their employees. The hotel location is ok."

"I loved the rooms and amenities! Sadly the pool bar was closed the whole week of the stay. Downside is there was very very minimal parking next to our room. We had to walk uphill and past 3 building to get to our room if we left our room past 5 PM"

"The elevator did not work. The hallway and room smelled really bad. There were cockroaches in our room and the neighbor upstairs was lifting weights at midnight and keep dropping the dumbbells on the floor which kept waking me up."
