"Reception staff really helpful for everything. Very nice hotel with good spacious rooms. Location is good, especially for an easy airport transfer, however for tourist things given the up / down of Bilbao levels, its very hilly, its best to use the metro, which is 2 min walk from the hotel. Lovely ..."
