"I thought this place is new and stuffs are also almost new condition when I reserved room. But it didn't. Stuffs condition were old and there were no microwave machine on the room. Although, room was large space and if you see the sight via window, it's very peaceful and calm. You can easily hear noise that makes from next to room. Finally I got to know this resort was remodeled only outside structures."

"I was extremely disappointed with this property. This has been the first disappointing experience in my 2 month’s long trip in Korea. When I arrived to check in, the staff was very disorganized and they didn’t even know I was coming. They kept asking for my reservation number. I book accommodations on Expedia monthly in various countries and this was the first time the staff didn’t expect me or send a greeting before. I had to find the reservation number for them to find me in the system....

"Perfect location within walking distance to Seoraksan National Park. Mountain view room was stunning. All staff were very friendly and spoke good english. Breakfast buffet each morning had a good selection of Western and Korean food options. The hotel had an onsite convenience store in the lobby, which provided ramen and other snacks. The room was a little bit dated but very clean and tidy and it is all just part of the charm of this lovely old hotel. "

The location was a little challenging without a car because there was no taxis in the area and one must rely on public transportation. This is fine if you don’t have much luggage.
