"Expected more from a 5*resort. Sun loungers had no room to move round then, drinks served in paper cups (no clearing during the day). The room door didn’t shut without slamming and there was no sound buffer between rooms. WiFi was good, hotel info required their app though and I don’t like being compelled to add unverified data/apps to my devices. Overall, we had a good break but expected a little more from a 5* resort"

"Amazing experience, everything was perfect, the service with extremely friendly and helpful staff, the elegant and beautiful hotel decor and amenities, very nice rooms with comfortable beds and spotless clean, great infinity pool with plenty of sun lounges and beds, and excellent spa with a variety of treatments. The hotel location is on a beautiful spot away from all the hustle of Ayia Napa center which was perfect for us. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and the fine-cuisine restaurant was a great experience, expensive but worth every penny. We will definitely come back."
