Déçue pour un hôtel 3 étoiles. Vétuste. Manque de rangements. Pas de personnel donc pas de ménage pendant 4 nuitées.

Entrée côté parking. Moquette tachée un peu partout.

A part la dame de l’accueil qui est adorable, tout le reste est affreux. Je ne sais pas comment cet hôtel peut prétendre à avoir 3 étoiles ! Propreté, état général tout est à revoir !

Personnel très accueillant, chambre très propre, mais petite par rapport au autres kyriad horaire de piscine assez contraignante, petit déjeuner très variés. Très bien pour une nuit en passage mais pour un week end la chambre et vraiment petite.

J’ai loué une nuit pour visiter La Rochelle, l’accueil était parfait et le petit déjeuner copieux. Le seul reproche est la cuvette des toilettes qui bougeait et la fixation du porte savon.

Room 004 Kyriad Direct Aytre

Our room was 004. Reception did not speak English and made no attempt to understand anything. One of the doors to the car park could not be locked as it had been forced and part of the frame was missing, this meant anyone could enter the passages to rooms. Room 004: window restraint was missing so we could not open window safely. The shower head was broken, could not raised, the soap dispenser in the shower was loose. The wc seat was broken. The soap dispenser by the sink was on the floor having been pulled off the wall- hence NO soap by the sink. Bulb missing over the sink making it difficult with limited light. I have already contacted Hotels.com auto talk and told this will be looked at. The pool was very nice I have stayed at the Hotel some years ago but will not be staying again. The whole hotel needed a refresh, including the very poor buffet breakfast. Nothing could compare with a B&B Hotel!!!!

Hôtel moyen, la chambre était vraiment très petite avec une moquette très tachée. La salle de bain n'avait pas de tablette sur laquelle poser ses affaires et la climatisation faisait du bruit.

Very simple

Odd smells in both the room and bathroom that persisted throughout our stay. Only two towels and one for the floor, so none to dry hands for example. To wash our hands we had to climb into the shower to get soap. The staff was nice and the breakfast decent. Overall it was fine for 2 days but would not stay there longer.

L'hôtel est ok, mais il y a un soucis de communication quelque part. On n'a pas du tout été prévenus qu'il y avait pas de couette dans la chambre et qu'il fallait la demander. L'accueil étant fermé à 20h, on s'est couvert d'un drap hyper fin alors qu'il faisait 18 dehors! Je recommande certainement pas

The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken and hadn't been fixed. There was no lift. There was dust on the pillow but the room was lovely and warm. There was a plastic sheet under the sheet and that was uncomfortable. Not a great stay. The breakfast was adequate and lots of hot coffee.
