"Clean, spacious. A quiet and pleasant accommodation. Would be better if it provides washer in the apartment. The hot water seems to be inconsistent and had to be fixed. The dining room serves sufficiently good breakfast sets- recommended."

If i could give a 10 star rating, i would. Seriously this is the cleanest accommodation i have ever encountered.. even better than many 5 star hotels! The floor was so clean you really could eat off it. The glass doors were so well cleaned i kept thinking i had left the glass doors open! The host was the sweetest, warmest and most helpful person ever.. the place is on a nice rural road but still only a 20 min walk to the main Wats. Stayed for 2 nights while visiting monastries in Ayutthaua, Shinburi amd Angthong. Room is very clean. Facilities in hotel excellent. Buffet breakfast offers wide selection. Learned that the hotel is also a service apartment for Japanese workers in Ayutthaya, the live streaming of Japanese TV channels in the room is a big plus. I enjoyed the Japanese TV channels too because I know the language well. Room comes with a mini kitchnette with all the necessary cooking utensils to make a simple meal....

The river view in my room was fantastic. Love the reading corner within the room, I could just sit there for hours watching the boats sail past. Service staff were very friendly. Although the hotel doesn't have concierge service, the lobby staff helped to arrange for a guide and driver for me. However, they told me there's turn down service, but it only happened for one night (I stayed for three). While it is a minor issue for me, such thing shouldn't happen for the price they are charging.

This was an overnight pit stop between Khao Kho and Bangkok. Took the opportunity to visit the ancient temples and ruins in Ayutthaya. Even though the interior of both rooms show their age, we were quite happy and comfortable with the generous size. The gym was well equipped. Breakfast was great with an international spread.

Friendly boss and crew who knows how to notice your needs before you realising it yourself.
They are able to provide assistance in time and able to provide good suggestions for your trip.
The bikes are free to use, that is a big bonus as that increased the quality of our trip to large extent and helped to save money for our 6 days trip.
The food at restaurant is very good and delicious. You are able to go to the market with the boss and purchase your dinner ingredients.
