When the property was new I’m sure it was beautiful. As it is not maintained at all it smells moldy, is dirty and not an adequate place to stay. The staff wears hospital scrubs so you feel as you are in a hospital, not a hotel. If the owners just gave the place a facelift and a good cleaning it could be nice. It may be too late for that!

One of my worst stay. Nobody assist you with baggage nor parking. Check in at 2 so you miss lunch. Toilets were dirty. Furniture is old and broken. Air conditioner was just a voice. Had a hard time to change my room.

Overall very decent hotel
We had a stay in this hotel previous year as well. At 2021 it was spotless clean all over the place and this is why we decided to come again. This time, that was not the case, when it comes to cleanliness. It pretty much matches reviews by everyone else (room wise). Pool area was clean, restaurant was clean, lobby was clean. This is important as well and these areas were clean. However, rooms were not so clean and if we didn't asked for cleaning on 6th day of our 12 night stay they would not clean them at all for full 12 night stay. By "cleaning rooms" they only change towels. We are mentioning this as on the reception they told us "rooms are cleaned every day". That is not true. In 2021 it was true. This year it is not true. This should really be improved, it is needles to mention that this must be improved. Back to nice things, beach area is clean as well and is taken care of very well. In addition to that, food is really great and there is always a variety of to choose from for each and every meal. We have noticed that there is a lot of people there coming up for 2-3-4 day stay, so they wouldn't notice if someone don't clean in that time. For longer stays, please take care of rooms and clean them more frequently. You'll have much more happy clients, since that is only thing that people are complaining about when it comes to this hotel. Overall this is one very decent place to stay at.

Great food, great location!
Beside the cleaning crew ignoring the sign on the door asking for our room to be made, everything else was good! Variety of food, great outdoor pool, close to beach and strip! Will come here again!

Vacation at Ayvalik Çinar Hotel
While on vacation, we stayed at the Ayvalik Çinar Hotel. This was a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. It is right next to the beach, and they have their own private seating area. The food we had was excellent, and breakfast and dinner were included in our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Zuerst wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen, alle Zimmern wären gleich obwohl ich Suite reserviert hatte- man wollte mich reinlegen und die Zimmerauskunft mit Fotos im Internet wären falsch ha ha ha. Am 3. Tag hatte ich ein Zimmerwechsel gehabt, weil ichreklamiert habe ich durch die Putzfrau erfahren habe das Suite voll ist. Die Zimmer werden die Bettwäsche garnicht ausgetausch nur umgedreht ekelhaft!!! Das essen war grausam und kalt alle wärmeplatten defekt, essen immer gleich und faules Obst und keine Abwechslung. Der Grund das Hotel mit dem alten Personal wäre weg und das Hotel konnte nicht einen guten Koch mit Personal ausser diesen in Stellung nehmen. Ich hatte Sie Expedia angerufen aber die Aussage Sie könnten nichts machen ich sollte mit dem Hotel sprechen hat nichts gebracht. Diese Erfahrung durch Expedia zu machen war enttäuschend!!!! Ich habe jeden Abend draussen essen müssen auf meine Kosten. Auch andere haben Sich beschwert sogar ein Ehepaar hat die Polizei angerufen wegen Rückerstattung des Geldes. Ich habe Fotos in der Hand!!! Zuerst wollte ich keine Bewertung abgeben doch der Umgang mit Gästen wirklich unmöglich!!!

Kızlarımla bölgeyi gezmek için planladığımız tatilde iki gece konakladık. Temizlik yeterliydi personel ilgili denize çok yakın olması güzeldi. Kahvaltı yetersizdi akşam yemeğinden daha memnun kaldık. Fiyatına göre gayet başarılı bir otel.

Das Hotel ist definitiv eines der schöneren und besseren vor Ort. Lediglich Teile der Inneneinrichtung wie die Aufzüge oder die Möbel auf den Zimmern sind bereits etwas runtergerockt und sollten erneuert werden. Zimmer waren ansonsten sehr sauber und der Service gut. Dem Cafe unten in der Lobby fehlt aber eine ordentliche Kaffeemaschine, die Preise für Halbpension-Gäste sind viel zu hoch für die Plörre, die dort aus dem Automaten ausgegeben wird. Wir würden hier aber definitiv wieder buchen, weil es insgesamt ordentlich und gut gewesen ist.

Çevre otellere göre daha iyi bir otel, yemekler iyi aç kalmazsınız seçenekler var, temizlik ortalama, odalar özellikle halı kısmı biraz tozluydu, dikkatimi çeken odalarda tek kullanımlık terlikler yoktu bu çok saçma denizden geliyoruz ayaklarımız kumlu duş bile alsak odanın halısına basıyoruz ne kadar temiz olabilir tekrrr yatağa giriyoruz, balkonda bir çift askılı zor olmamalı bikinileri asmak için, sandalye koymuşsunuz oradan uçuyor, plaj havlusu verilmiyor bu da eleştirim olacak pandemi var plaj havlusu vermiyoruz demek çok saçma, banyo havlusu nasıl veriyorsanız plaj havlusu u da vermelisiniz ben 5 gün boyunca kirli havluyla plaja gittim bu sıkıntı idi, bir de otelde kokteyl namına bir şey yok herşey dahil yararlansın diyorumki buzlaş tarzı birşey de mi yok, yok diyorlar içeceklere çeşit eklenmeli kesinlikle, son olarak otel çok sessiz hiç bir eğlence yok, akşamları canlı müzik tarzı birşey olabilir, ama genel olarak yemekler denizi iyiydi, tercih edilebilir bir otel, Sarımsaklıdaki en iyi otel olabilir.

Güzel bir otel
Otelin puanını hak ettiğinden düşük buluyorum.Bunun nedeni bence her konumda çalışan genç personel. Hepsi iyi niyetli ama iletişim tecrübeleri az, dolayısıyla insanlar ufak tefek sorunlarla yeterince ilgilenilmediği için sanırım düşük puan vermişler. Ben genel olarak kalışımdan memnun kaldım ve bir sorun yaşamadım. Hemen karşıda ücretsiz otopark mevcut. Plaj çok yakın,şezlonglar bol ve birbirinden uzak,beach bar var.Yemekler ortalama,kötü değil,sorunsuz yenir. Otelle ilgili değil ama bir konuda uyarayım. Plaja yanaşan teknelerden balık ekmek yedim ve zehirlendim. Bence o riski almayın.
