The hotel is decent, staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, only steps away from Kaaba and connected to clock tower mall. Rooms are not up to the standard of the price you pay. Room was very damp and humid even with AC. Rooms are small and tight and there was cigarette smell ...
