This a very clean, well managed property and its facility is like new. All staff were great and responsive and the check in staff, like Mr. M. Harbi, were very gracious and helpful.

Wonderful stay at DoubleTree Jabal Omar. The staff were excellent, the room was lovely and the bed incredibly comfortable — after a long day in Makkah, it was always so nice to come back and relax. The Haram is a short walk away, and there is also a buggy service if you don’t feel like walking. Airport transfer can be arranged too, which made everything very easy and reassuring as a solo traveller. I felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay. Would happily stay here again! An easy five stars from me. ❤️

Excellent clean room. Got an amazing welcome and room upgrade. Amazing service from two staff members in particular. One was the deputy manager who checked me in - Thank you for going above and beyond. Also at breakfast service Mohammed Amin was excellent - Thank you.

The staff were beyond helpful! We had the opportunity to meet two guys who were really nice and helpful. The only issue we had was with the room service. We had to ask for things several times and the room when it was cleaned it was done halfway. Not the entire room is cleaned and not all the things were replaced like the floor mat or hand washing soap. Two of the power outlets were broken. We would however like to extend our thanks to the male by the name of Islam. The staff at the breakfast buffet was beyond courteous.
