"We have been coming every October for the past few years. We have made friends with several who also vome at the same time and with folks who live there year round. The staff is like family to us. We see the same faces every year. BAYWATCH IS VERY SAFE and welcoming to all. We will be back next October, maybe even in April."

"2 BR is compact but comfortable for 2 adults. Deck is small and only accommodates 2 chairs. There is a side ocean view. Building is likely 20-30 years old but is well-maintained. Parking is across the street."

"Would stay again at this property again. Parking is limited at hotel, but there is plenty of parking alloted for the hotel across the street. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet options available. Direct access to the beach was a plus. View from our deck was amazing. Really enjoyed the swimming pool after a morning at the beach. Also enjoyed the small lazy river pool. The tiki bar at the pool had good drink options. Overall the hotel was good. The hotel does need some upgrades and our bathroom was on the small side. Would definitely stay there again."

"Great location and very quiet property. Room was nice and perfect for the time we were there. Only issue was the water pressure wasn’t very well and took a little to get a decent hot water for a shower. "

"Nicely located on the beach. Pools were heated and clean. Large lazy river was nice. Condo we rented was clean, well stocked with towels, kitchen "stuff", and pleasant. We didn't hear from the owner on initial check in / entry info until the last minute, but otherwise very responsive. We felt it was a nice stay for a reasonable price."
