"I am so disappointed in Hotels.com that they would even suggest any anyone staying at this hotel. This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Forget about not looking like the pictures. The staff was the rudest. I’ve ever come across. We travel over five hours and wouldn’t let us use the restroom. Just down. Ridiculous rude, rude, noxious. No consideration. Need to go. Back to Customer Service. Will never use the service again. Or use any of these hotels."

"The staff was unprofessional about letting me know that there was a $100 deposit that was not mentioned beforehand. The place is surrounded by unhygienic people who are living on the streets leaving out all of their tents and clothing and other miscellaneous trash everywhere. I felt unsafe. The window wasn't even locked. I will never stay at a Ramada/ Wyndham Hotel again. Ever."

People sleeping in cars in the parking lot Just an all around terrible experience in a terrible place. When we asked the front desk why there was not a coffee maker in the room the clerk said that some have them and some do not. There was also a blood stain on the floor. Every time I moved on the bed it sounded like one of the bedsprings had broken My wife was worried that someone was being beat up in the next room. The first night yelling and screaming and things hitting the walls until 3am"

I found the property to be clean, and while I experienced a couple of issues of safety that had me at edged. The main concern happened during check-in. I had reserved a two-bedroom room, but when I arrived, I was assigned a one-bedroom instead. Once I entered the room, I quickly realized it was already occupied because there were personal belongings in the closet belonging to another guest. That honestly made me very uncomfortable. While I understand mistakes can happen, situations like this are serious because it means someone could accidentally walk into an occupied room. I could have walked in while someone was sleeping or resting, and the same could have happened to me during my stay. After that incident, my experience was fairly average—nothing particularly impressive, but nothing terrible either. I live far away and occasionally need a place to stay because I work near hospitals in San Diego County, so convenience is important for me when choosing a hotel. so I don’t believe I’ll be coming back as safety is a big issue for me."
