When I reached at noon, the resort people were telling there was no booking in my name. I showed the booking confirmation. But they kept my car waiting out side of gate and asking me to cancel the booking!! "I stayed here on 02/03/2023 the pictures of the hotel itself looked great but the condition of the hotel is terrible and very deceiving. First of all, the AC unit was taped together with cellotape. There was no hot water, the room was infested with mosquitos, I slept an hour but then woke up to having been bitten all over and at 4am a very large droning noise started which when I queried it, was the water pump. "Avoid this property at cost. The hotel is the least clean, front office staff and room service are awful - avoid! Avoid. I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over. "
