The location is ok but still need to walk about 20/25 minutes to the centre of town, but the bus links are good if you don't fancy the walk. "Amazing customer service, very friendly and helpful, no language barrier as the receipion staff spoke English well. Went out of their way to lend me a phone charger plug. Place was the perfect location to Alicante University, clean and quiet, easy access on tram to city centre. Good selection of buffet breakfast and again friendly staff. Would stay again!"

"This place can hardly be called a hotel, it’s more of a hostel with individual rooms but shared bathrooms. The room was quite dirty with dust and hair on the floor. The condition of the bathrooms was similar (see photos). "
