It was our anniversary and the staff made us feel welcome. They upgraded our room and added special touches with a card and towel swans and a heart.
They were so polite and friendly and always answered any queries I had.
On the day of checkout they kept my backpack for me while I explored the sites with my wife, even though I checked out they were still very helpful.

"This is an amazing hotel in an amazing location - the Rooftop bar absolutely needs to be experienced. Everything here was perfect, except for the level of attention in our room.
