The service is amazing. All staff are kind and ready to help, and are available to you via Whatsapp or at reception. The rooms are outstanding, the view even better, the restaurant on site is terrific. Stay here.

Beautiful lakefront location, pictures don't tell you the whole story. Rooms are updated with nespresso coffee maker. I would have liked s desk but the unfolding table worked. I only had s limited chance to test food but the guacamole with pork was worth repeating. A high end destination i will gladly go back to.

The good: the staff were super friendly and helpful; the breakfasts and desserts were great; and the location on the lagoon was perfect. The not-so-good: the resort pools need to be repaired (peeling floors) and the whole property could use an update and some TLC.

I really enjoyed staying in this beautiful place. The staff was amazing and accommodating. Despite of the amazing experience, there are two things that I hope Cristalino can have in mind to further improve it's guests experiences. I was able to hear the movement of furniture, screeching on the floor, people laughing, and moving things from a room next door. I am not sure what they can do other than asking the neighbors to quiet it down but Im wondering if maybe they can improve how the sound travels between the rooms as my downstairs neighbors also struggled with the noise. My sleep was interrupted by that but the staff was able to to minimize the noise by telling their guests to quiet down. Another thing that was unpleasant is how they communicated that they would charge me the pillow cases that my hair dye damaged. Although they were understanding and made an exception in not charging me, sending me a picture of it came through as passive aggressive and that did dampen my mood.
