"The property was definitely not what I expected, Location was nice and it was right on the water, but there is absolutely no view one tiny window. There were holes in the doors only one pillow. Even though it was on the water, the decking, etc., was not in good condition. It was hard to find there’s no name on the door out front."

It’s a newly opened property, so they’re still adding a few finishing touches, but overall it was an amazing place to stay right in the city and on the lagoon. "The property is located just off the main highway, accessible via a short dirt road, offering a quiet and peaceful setting away from traffic. The lagoon area was also very nice and well maintained. The property itself was clean and well kept. The outdoor bar was a highlight, serving excellent ceviche and aguachile at very reasonable prices. "

"Bacalar es un pueblo pequeño por lo tanto todo es acesible, el hotel esta ligeramente alejado lo que le da un poco de tranquilidad. Instalaciones nuevas, cama comfortable y cocina disponible para salir del paso. No he probado la piscina pero el rooftop es muy agradable para relajarse. Lo que mas descata es el personal. De recepcion tanto como limpieza son muy amables y serviciales, un placer recibir un trato asi."
