"The bathroom smelled bad, light didn’t work, and the individual checking us in was not very friendly. The morning crew was much more friendly."

"The room was not very clean, when I tried to use the phone to call the front desk I found it was unplugged. Then when I tried to use the lamp, there were no lightbulbs. The door would not shut unless slammed, if we tried to close it gently to be considerate of the neighbors, it would stop at the jamb. There were broken and loose tiles in the bathroom as well as missing drywall. Overall, not worth the price we paid. "

"We have stayed at the another hotel in town many times. We tried Best Western because it was a lot less expensive. I must say I was very scared and unsure. I’m very picky, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a very vintage looking room but it was clean and I actually liked that it took my back in time. The location of the bedroom door was convenient because we were traveling with our dog. The grounds were well maintained and I loved the waterfall feature. I would stay here again over the more expensive hotel in town. It was so much better!!"

"Did not stay for breakfast. Parking was great. Clean room and wonderful mattress. The A/C was quite noisy. Had to turn it off during the night. "

"The outside of the hotel was dirty and rundown. Gave a very sketchy vibe. The room was ok and quiet. The "breakfast " was some coffee, small packaged rice Krispy treats and a couple of old tangerines not what I would call any type of breakfast. I am surprised this hotel maintains a Super 8 franchise, it does not live up the the standards of the chain."

"Our room was still under construction. Hole in the bathroom door, painters tape in the bathroom that was falling down. We prepaid for King room but ended up with a double queen room. Property looked tired inside and out. Very disappointed."
