Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Park City by IHG
4/10 Poor
"I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM. No one was at the front desk for 20 minutes to check me in. No apologies were given.
I had to change the key to our room four times during the stay because of issues with the locking mechanism. Very inconvenient.
Overall, the staff was very friendly, and courteous. The complementary breakfast was only OK – very minimal. Apparently, they allow pets in the hotel, so there were lots of dogs walking around and all around you while trying to enjoy breakfast.
I think two stars out of five is very accurate for this property.

10/10 Excellent
"This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at for so many reasons. The staff was exemplary. They were kind, courteous and so welcoming. The hotel had everything you could want! The gym was outstanding. The pool, sauna, hot tub, and steam room was excellent. The interior design was relaxing and well thought out. I was given the most beautiful handwritten note upon arrival and when I checked out, I was asked to come back. The staff made you feel like family. When in America does this ever happen anymore? I highly recommend this awesome place to stay. You will not regret it."
"This is essentially an apartment building outside of park city by about 15 mins. No daily housekeeping, semi clean rooms, staff was low functioning and mostly unhelpful. We were unable to check in early on our day arrival despite being told it would be available before hand. The girl at the front desk told us there were a large volume of early check ins (there was not another soul on property, but she must have thought we didn’t notice). The pool deck was covered in dead bees. There is loud construction directly outside the property starting very early in the morning until dark.
On the plus side, it was quiet inside and the gym was pretty well stocked."
