"This hotel is undergoing extensive renovation - like behind a fence; I was one of only two guests. No amenities, I used a laundry basket to bring in my luggage, no phone, TV was not set up (mgr did come set up the basic), NO hot water, and NO breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel unless it was verified that the renovations were completed."

The parking lot was not full so not sure why they stuck us so far away and right next door to some young 20 somethings who were up all night.
