"Locsation not bad other than road to the locsaiton is a massivly messed up dirt road with a lot of patching needing to happen. so getting in a an out is very complicated if you rent a scooter. large rock in road and holes with pile of dirt to patch holes just sitting right on side and to close to wher eypou need to drive. "Over priced not just for property but for the island as a whole. Each decision has a heavy price tag as little as 200% vs. other Philippine islands. I never felt so nickel and dimed. Better to be all inclusive than do business like this; makes the entire point of relaxing be like everyday transaction dealing. Hotel lunch buffet is meh, for 900. For perspective, Boracay, the premiere beach destination in PH and in Asia, is much cheaper and has way more options."
