That said, the team was extremely polite and even allowed us to check in early, which made a huge difference after a long flight. We stayed in a family room, and it had everything we needed. The space was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The pool was amazing—beautiful, relaxing, and not crowded at all, which really gave us peace of mind. Throughout the hotel, the staff were consistently polite, attentive, and very helpful. Their warm attitude truly enhanced our stay. Thank you and see you back in a few months! "
