The resort itself is so nice. The beach and of course their Infinity Pool was their focal point. Really beautiful. Staff were very courteous and always with a smile. Foods were great. We had a la carte and they were cheap and yummyšŸ˜‹ Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel with some great dining choices, particularly the Thai restaurant and main floor deli. The pool is awesome and lots of fun for families with an afternoon bubble blaster. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Mactan Island.

The service and staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet was average, nothing to write home about, Iā€™ve had better food staying at less expensive hotels in the area. The view from my room was beautiful overlooking the water. The infinity pool was good but overcrowded. The building is old showing a lot of wear and tear not to mention the shower head fell off the wall hanger, you have to hold it to wash yourself. Wonā€™t recommend and wonā€™t stay there again.

There seemed to be no Japanese staff, but the staff was very kind. The lobby and rooms were very clean and open. What bothered me was that the number of restaurants was small and the main restaurant was open only in the morning or not at night, so there was no schedule.
