The staff were very friendly and helpful cannot complain facility and room clean except the couches and single seat I've been here every year since 2023 I always booked the executive suite the same couch filty dirty time to invest on new furniture overall experience satisfied thats why I keep coming back again good place to stay.

Breakfast has limited options but it was good. The smell of the carpet was terrible. I got the executive room, and I could hear the noise from the highway. I used to love this property every time I came home from the United States, but with my recent stay I might stay in a different property.

We enjoyed our stay at Harolds, the hotel staff were great and my daughter was extremely pleased with the great Mocktails created by Christian at the Roof Deck. We were at the hotel during the earth quake, and I would like to compliment the staff on the professional manner in which they conducted themselves and ensured the safety of all guests.

Every time my husband and I come home to visit family in Cebu, Philippines this is always the place we choose to stay. We’ve had many good experiences here over the years, and honestly, the staff are the main reason we keep coming back. They’re always so kind, helpful, and professional. They make us feel welcome every time, and they really do take good care of their guests. I just wanted to share a few concerns from our recent stay. The toilet flush wasn’t working properly, and the bidet kept dripping. The towels also looked a bit old and not very pleasant to use. There’s also a small safety issue, the seam between the vinyl floor and the tile at the entrance of the room is coming loose, and it’s easy to trip on it. Other than those things, we really appreciate the service and the people here. I’m hoping these issues can be fixed because we truly enjoy staying at this place whenever we’re in Cebu, Philippines.

We stayed in a suite for two nights and it was exceptional thr experience. Friendly staff, spacious toom and super comfy bed. The only downside is the water is not quite hot, so we weren't able to take a hot bath after an exhausting day.
