An excellent 5 Star Hotel that far exceeded my expectations. Clean, elegant, spacious with option galore on shopping high end products. Casino is an excellent night time entertainment and restaurant choices to cater everyone’s palate. It’s pricey, but worth every penny for Cebu destination.

We travelled all around the US & Europe and so far this hotel is the best amongst the rest. All the staff are friendly & respectful! We always feel special and welcome. It’s really a five star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The staff that stand out most especially are JM ( I lost my phone and still got it back because of JM from concierge and also with the help of Rowela, Jude, Marion & Macky. I would like to commend the dining team as well. I met chef Mac who is very accommodating and friendly. The rest of the team are very sensitive to our needs. The food is really good and so much more delicious than the usual. Thank you so much and looking forward to coming back again with the nustar six star hotel in the future.

One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered an incredible variety of fresh and delicious options – easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Overall its a beautiful place, just had to say about some small detail- the floor in the shower area and bath tub needs more scrubbing the hallway carpet also had a bad smell. Which i did not expect that from a luxury hotel- But otherwise Staff was great and bfast buffet was good too

It was okay but it didn't met our expectation. The room stinks. Breakfast was great for my Filipina wife as most of selections are Asians cuisine. Tiny pool for temporary use.
