Price is right approx. $35.00 The tenant are are mixed with expats and locals younger generation. Long wait for elevators, one is always broken. Elevators Smell like sewage or could be natural gas leak. If you can pass the elevators smells. It's ok, I'll stay again because of the price and location. "
