Very Enjoyable Stay

Check-in was very quick and easy. The staff is always very professional and personable. Our room was freshly remodeled and had a brand new A/C unit. Very enjoyable stay.

Very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is great but the loud music at night from the bar downstairs below was a bit of a problem though it was usually finished by 12am. We did complain and the hotel moved us to another room so cannot fault their customer service. Very near SM and 7/11 and the bay, a great experience, lovely big comfortable room would definitely stay there again next time i am in Bacolod .

The staff is always so nice and professional. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The restaurant is just okay. The food is basic and, surprisingly, they don't seem to know how to cook rice well.

Better than expected

Nice big room, with all the usual amenities (that are sometimes missing in the Philippines) such as good hot water, fridge and safe. Air conditioning is only an in-wall unit, but it's a good, powerful one that is up to the task and not as noisy as most. Good pool area and open until 10pm, which is great in hot weather. Kettle and cups are provided, but not tea or coffee, so BYO,

Check-in was effortless and very efficient. All staff that I encountered were great. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Pool area was nice. You could hear the music from the nightclub which is on the Northside of the building but never too loud. I will stay here again.

For the money it was ok. Food downstair is not bad. It is close to mall. Not the looking hotel. Not sure if there are alot of other options. Keep an very open mind.
