Excellent service and location especially since it’s adjacent to SM. Open parking is a challenge at times. Carpet maintenance needs to be kept up especially over time for the past years we’ve stayed there.

Restaurant food was ok, not great and took a very long time to arrive. Over 30 minute wait time for the food. Other than that the place is very clean, comfortable bed and pillows and great location.

Best hotel in Bacolod and staff are amazing. I got to the airport and realised I’d left my passport in the safe. They had it to me in half an hour and I was still able to catch my flight. I’ll be back next year!

Staff was excellent. Amenities were great. The AC in both rooms I was in didn’t perform as to be expected. Despite several visits by maintenance staff. Other than that, I was pleased with my stay. I will be returning, to hopefully working AC.
