The Hotel is in a quiet location which is good in my opinion. There is an easy walk to the main street, where you are able to access, cafes and shopping malls either by taxi or the Maxim car (i.e. like Grab) from the Hotel or use the air con buses or jeepneys.
Hotel is a lovely decor and is clean. Rooms are a good size beds are very comfortable bathrooms are always cleaned. Room cleaning is done each day.
Front desk staff always helpful with any enquiry I made.
Breakfast is adequate. At the moment there are renovations going, so the actual dining room is closed so breakfast and dinner service is provided through their cafe on the ground floor adjacent to reception. Also under renovations is the gym and the sky deck on the roof. One thing that was a little strange is that I had to contact the front desk every 72 hours to get the Wi-Fi reconnected and have a new password developed which I thought was a bit strange. But overall, I'd say this hotel is a real nice place to stay in Bacolod as it is centrally located in the city.
