"Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around for variation, which is of course the spice of life. "

I was absolutely stunned by the beauty of the view from our bedroom window. However, what truly stood out to us was the exceptional attitude of the staff. As a family-owned hotel, they have a remarkable way of caring for their guests. We were there for hiking, and they took the time to help us with hiking routes and even recommended a great restaurant. The people are absolutely amazing—they truly understand hospitality, and it’s clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast selection. As vegetarians, we were thrilled with the variety of options available. There was an abundance of fresh fruit, Alpro yogurts, and a selection of healthy seeds—it was heaven for us. The coffee was also delicious. We would love to return to Alpina Wagrain in the future. We deeply appreciate their hospitality and the wonderful food offerings."
