Hotel Arabella

Very nicely decorated, there's nice art on the walls. The room was quite spacious and also very nicely decorated. There are also balconies where you can have a drink. The bed was quite big, easily fit 2 large persons. The mattress was somewhere on the harder side; for me personally very comfy. There isn't really a breakfast included, but there's free drinks (coffee, tea, water, etc.) and some light food like fruit, cereal, milk, etc., which is nice. I personally enjoyed the coffee. The host left a nice note in the room, which was a nice touch. Also there was a coupon card you can use to get discounts for different activities in the city. Also very nice. Check-in and check-out were really cool; no waiting required. Just type in you code and you're set. I had to leave a little earlier than planned. The stay was very pleasant. Check-out was also very nice; just drop you card in a box and you're set. Definitely recommend. Will certainly come back.

Sehr schlechte Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption (Öffnungszeiten nur bis 18:00 Uhr) Keine Anruf oder E-Mail das die Rezeption nur bis 18:00Uhr besetzt ist. Wenn man an dem Tag kein Frühstück Service anbietet, sollte man den Gast informieren.

Great location close to the town centre. Limited free parking spaces, or you have to pay to park on the road. The hotel is fairly old with basic amenities, but it's fine for a short stay.

Beautiful clean hotel with great staff!

Excellent hotel!Close to the park, restaurants and train station! Very clean and the rooms are big! The receptionist-Snezana was very helpful and friendly.

One night stay

Used it as the last stop while traveling to overnight prior to morning departure from Frankfurt airport without going all the way into the city. They accommodated my late arrival by buzzing me in and leaving the room key in the reception area. Breakfast was great and parking was free. Super friendly staff!

A quiet, decent Hotel on a Residential Street

I stayed here for a week. I was seeing people in Bad Nauheim and I had planned to get a rental car, but the plans fell through. So, I walked. The walking did me good. I took a taxi on the days it rained. When I checked out the taxi was only $75 Eurodollars when I paid the fare to go to Frankfurt Airport. The people at the hotel seemed nice. The hotel is a spa and they offer all sorts of massage and beauty treatments.. I didn't have time to even have a massage but maybe next time. The room did not have a safe but the manager let me put an envelope of my stuff in her safe. On the day I arrived we had been delayed so the kitchen fixed us a plate of food - bread, cheese, and sausage. I thought that was nice. Table service at breakfast was good. Overall, a good hotel. I'd stay there again.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Habe bereits zweimal zuvor in Bad Nauheim übernachtet. Dieses Hotel hatte bislang das beste Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer sehr sauber und ausreichend groß, trotz gebuchtem Einzelzimmer ein kleiner Balkon. Ruhige Lage des Hauses. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und reichhaltig. Wenn man kein Vermögen für eine Übernachtung ausgeben will ist dieses Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.
