Im Winter nicht auszuhalten.

Bei 2 Grad Außentemperatur nicht funktionierende Heizung im Schlafzimmer, dünne Sommerdecken, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Dreck hinter der Tür, Staub auf dem Sofa und sonstigen Flächen. Matratze in der Mitte durchgelegen. Dass die Heizung nicht ging wurde abgestritten und der Fehler bei uns gesucht.

Very well-appointed, modern apartment

We had a small one-bedroomed apartment in the building next to the one the website. This was very well appointed and had a nice little balcony to the front. Great for two people, although I'd have liked a small sofa/couch to sit on rather than the chairs.

Tolles Apartment mit optimaler Lage. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr sauber und es gab eine Fußbodenheizung. WLAN war vorhanden, aber meist sehr langsam. In der Nähe ist ein Bäcker und gegenüber fährt die Kirnitzschtalbahn. Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Alles super

Wir waren im Appartment Gräfin Cosel und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Appartment ist schick und geräumig. Die Matratzen sind der absolute Wahnsinn, sehr selten so gut geschlafen. Das Apartmenthaus liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig, direkt gegenüber startet die Kirnitschtalbahn. Die Möbelierung ist schlicht aber passend zum Thema. Das einzige was leicht störend wirkte, der Fernseher steht in einem Schrank, wo die Türen nicht ganz aufgehen, heißt wenn man nicht genau mittig auf der Couch sitzt, hat man eventuell etwas von der Tür im Blickfeld, ist aber eigentlich nicht weiter dramatisch, außerdem ist es in der Sächsischen Schweiz ja schön genug, so das man eh kaum Zeit hat zum Fernseh gucken ;-). Fazit : Wenn wir nochmal ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Sächsischen Schweiz verbringen, wäre dieses Apartmenthaus unsere erste Anlaufstelle. Sehr netter Vermieter, schnelles Check in ( Schlüssel aus dem Automaten ) und ein sauberes und gepflegtes Apartment.......was will man mehr !

Die Ferienwohnung (G. F. Keller) ist wirklich stilvoll mit ausgesuchten Mobiliar eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch das gesamte Anwesen ist mit seiner Bebauung und Bepflanzung sehr einladend. Sowohl der Besitzer als auch seine Angestellte sind überaus nett, offen und hilfsbereit, so dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Die Lage des Objekts direkt am Kurpark, nahe der Kirnitzschtalbahn, unweit der kleinen pittoresken Altstadt und der Elbe sowie am Beginn einiger sehr idyllischer Wanderwege ist optimal. Parkplätze waren kein Problem. Eigene Fahrräder können eingeschlossen werden.
