There was some kind of festival going on so parking was a slight problem. Had to park in mall parking lot and walk about 8 min. Breakfast was outstanding.

Nice location. Convenient. Basic. Older hotel showing its age - peeling paint, some wood rot, etc. No aircon / AC. Still it was clean and good size. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast while a basic continental breakfast, it was good with fresh bread.

The hotel was clean and (most of the staff) was very friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel is old and it shows. Very oldfashioned interior and most definitely NOT worth the price of 149 Euros!!! Breakfast was ok but that´s it. Nothing special. It would have been nice, if some of the young restaurant staff would have been more attentive. e.g. take dirty dishes off the small table, so we have more room. I really don´t know, how this hotel gets all the very good reviews. It was o. k. but nothing more!! The price is definitely to high!!

Friendly staff and whilst the decor is a bit outdated, it comes with its own charm, is quite spacious and clean. Good quality breakfast with choice. Good transport links- bus stop was a few minutes away to get to the train station and easy to park motorbikes at the back of the property. Relatively easy to walk into town and spas. Good location, reasonably priced and would stay here again.

Cute and clean but the Wi-Fi did not work consistently or often, and parking had to be paid every two hours if one cannot find free parking nearby. Staff did not tell us where to find free parking options when asked if there were other options than paying every two hours, but someone on the street let us know. Breakfast was lovely with fresh buns and eggs, sliced meats and cheese, plus lovely staff to serve café and clear plates. Water pressure was great and beds were comfortable with an extra wool blanket for cool nights.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, wenige Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus und in einem Parkhaus, beides kostenpflichtig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, mein Wunsch nach einem Zimmer das mit dem Aufzug erreichbar ist wurde sofort umgesetzt, auch der Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde erfüllt. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat einen eigenen Charme und es ist alles sehr sauber. Das einzige was ich nicht so gut finde, sind die vielen kleinen Verpackungen beim Frühstück (Butter, Margarine etc.)

Keine gute Idee bei 35 Grad.

Zimmer unter dem Dach, keine Klimaanlage und der versprochene Lüfter war nicht im Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage sollte er Abend da sein. War er nicht. Musste ihn selbst abholen und ins Zimmer tragen. Eng, Dachschrägen und „ bringen Sie den Lüfter zum Check out wieder mit“! Frage: Mit meinem Gepäck zusammen? Hotel Personal eine Frau.

Für Baden-Baden günstiges, sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit einem ordentlichen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück war inbegriffen und gut. Betten eher nicht mit zu weicher Matratze und hartem Kopfkissen. Mini-Badezimmer trotz Upgrade.

Hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Es ist nicht die modernste Inneneinrichtung, aber das ist mir persönlich nicht wichtig. Es war alles sauber, der Filter vom Föhn war etwas staubig, aber sonst war alles sehr sauber und ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich!
