Whether you choose to simply relax and enjoy your stay or explore the highlights of Lake Como—as we did with short day trips—you’ll leave with a deep sense of satisfaction.
What made our experience truly outstanding was the hotel staff. We stay at similar hotels often, but these professionals were by far the best we’ve encountered. They responded to our emails within 30 minutes and went out of their way to fulfill every request. “No” simply isn’t in their vocabulary. They organized a number of special tours for us and ensured everything ran flawlessly.
Thanks to their dedication, we had one of the most memorable vacations of our lives.

"We had an amazing stay at the X Alp hotel. The property is very charming with beautiful views of the mountains, great breakfast and access to spa. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Wish we could stay there longer. Never got a chance to try the 4u bistro but the menu looked great."
