Terrible check in, there wa a sign that the person will return 5 to 10 minutes, but there was a lady in the phone, after 15 minutes of waiting, finally same person help us to check in. Elevator too slow and limit two persons.

Everything was super good just 50$ a day some fee its kinda stupid

Amazing staff and rooms

Amazing experience at the Moore , Miami design district. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Dreamy beds. The attention to detail with the chocolates at bedside everyday was such a great treat. The hotel is within walking distance from many high end and contemporary stores as well as restaurants and museums. Didn’t use parking because I traveled out of town and took uber from airport but there are really nice parking garages every other street it seems. Great hotel for solo women travelers or girlfriends trips. I was in town for Dolce and Gabanna exhibit at ICA and it was like 5 minutes away from hotel. Extremely perfect location. I will surely be back with more girlfriends looking for a great , safe place to stay . Great restaurants on the premises as well. Take advantage of happy hour bites and drinks, very good. Great lady restaurant attendants that take your picture without looking annoyed :) they took some of my girlfriend and I best traveling picture. Keep up the good work everyone. Room was smaller than anticipated. Some components of the room were a little rough.
