Beautifully renovated hotel however there are issues with how well it’s run. Our room was not cleaned one day, no water in the room, no fridge and no hair dryer.

The room was very nice and spacious. Check in could have been more courtesy. No info was offered about amenities, ie the spa. We did not get the beds booked but made due. The shower was temperamental and only worked when it wanted to. On the plus side the lounge was lovely, food excellent and staff were wonderful. Breakfast was very delicious.

We asked for a quiet room overlooking the Atrium, but were kept up the first night due to the A/C being permanently on warm air and had to call out the engineer to reset the system.
