"The dishwasher in our room had something spilled on the front of it that was not cleaned. I arrived early at 2pm and stood at the desk for about 10 minutes while the attendant sat at a table looking at his phone before he noticed me. Then, could not do an early check in, even though it was only an hour before. When I returned after 3pm to check in there were 3 people ahead of me waiting. Seemed like they were not very efficient. "

"No, the kitchen was not fully equipped. I had to supply all my own stuff and they only wanted to give me a 20% discount off of one day. Dan Stokes the general manager is a jerk and the owner who never made himself known hurt my plate and he passed it off to the general manager, and the general manager passed it off to the owner. It’s the most functional organization I’ve ever seen in my life. I would pull their privilege of booking with Hotels.com so I wouldn’t have to go through this again or anybody else, if you have kitchenette, suck it up and provide the stuff or rent them. "

"The hotel does not look like the pictures online. The carpets are old and have a lot of stains. The beds are comfortable. The food was mostly gone an hour before the breakfast closed so there was little to choose from. The door to the room didn’t close all the way unless you forced it closed. It needs revamped I think. "
