I would pull their privilege of booking with Hotels.com so I wouldn’t have to go through this again or anybody else, if you have kitchenette, suck it up and provide the stuff or rent them. "

"The hotel does not look like the pictures online. The carpets are old and have a lot of stains. The beds are comfortable. The food was mostly gone an hour before the breakfast closed so there was little to choose from. The door to the room didn’t close all the way unless you forced it closed. It needs revamped I think. "
