"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"We had a great stay at this property. The rooms were spacious, updated and clean. The staff was extremely accommodating with transportation as well as helping us with an early check in due to a long travel day. There is not much in the area as far as food/shopping so you need transportation to other locations. The restaurant in the courtyard was decent. If you have a layover it is the perfect location close to LIN airport. Overall, no complaints during our stay."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. I booked a double room but got a top-floor room with a patio, which was a nice surprise. The room was well-designed with a comfy bed. Having a smart TV that's easy to connect your own stick to is a plus. The small fridge and free bottle of water were great touches too."

"There was no restaurant as advertised. You could have frozen meals that you microwaved or put in the oven. However, there are three restaurants within walking distance. We asked for twin beds, but got a king. They told us that we could separate the bed. That meant - put the mattress on the floor for one person and the other could sleep on the base. It was not ideal."

"Everything at the hotel was good, I would not rated it a four star, but I would rated a three star everyone there was kind and helpful with the exception of one young blonde woman that worked the front desk. She never seemed happy,She always had a scowl on her face. The food was very good. Also, the drinks were good. Parking was very easy and the hotel was in a good location, just outside of Milan and close to the metro. Everything in the hotel looks fairly new, according to the general manager, it had been refurbished about 1 1/2 years ago."

"Good location for Linate airport with a shuttle bus you can book for free at certain times. Restaurant was ok, grumpy-waiter but he seemed to be doing everything himself. Reception staff really friendly and helpful. No power sockets or USB next to the beds which personally I think should be mandatory these days"
