This property was perfect for our Milan trip for 3 days. It is very close to Milan Linante Airport but and hour away from Milan Malpensa so bear this in mind as we paid £98 to get to this airport.
The hotel was very clean, bedroom was spacious and equipped with a small kitchen with everything you would need if you was goign to use it. They also have a gym which was clean and had enough machines for a good workout. Overall woild defo recommend this hotel.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. However one required the hands of a lumberjack to turn the shower tap off and on! The couch/sofa is very uncomfortable.
New property building clean spacious well designed near the airport. Great staff good working ACs in Italy because other places don’t have it like that. Very good breakfast.

Good hotel and very kind staff but I’d say this hotel is more suitable for couples or single people not really great with kids as there is nothing for children to do in the hotel or around the area. This hotel is a 18 minute drive from central Milan so if you don’t have a car this could be a problem and there is no shops near by. Overall good hotel just be mindful of the distance to city centre.
This hotel maintained the aesthetics and comfortable standard known for the Residence Inn. Our experience was unique and above the standard that we experienced in other European hotels that we stayed in. Please keep it up.
No washing machine in apartment and there is only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer for the entire building. However the staff were really nice and helpful
this Hotel is brand new and the staff was very accommodating! This location is not ideal for visiting the Old city of Milan, and the Museum of Leonardo Di Vinci and the Domo which was amazing. $25 to $30 cab ride to just about everything. The location ( far from downtown) was the only down side
Overall perfect except for the yellow-haired at the front desk. I cannot recall his name, but he was by far the worst staff member we encountered.
He firmly told us that a late check-out was absolutely impossible because the hotel was supposedly fully booked. Out of curiosity, we checked room availability ourselves shortly afterwards, and there were still plenty of rooms available.
About an hour later, after the staff shift changed, we asked another staff member, and she kindly helped arrange the late check-out without any issue.
Honestly, the experience felt insulting, and it even made us wonder whether there was some form of racism involved. Please do not try to defend the situation by saying late check-out availability is subject to change — we asked another staff member only about an hour later and received a completely different response.
The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained...my room was absolutely spotless and I got an upgrade so it was huge! The staff in the hotel were very nice and helpful. I didn't have the same experience at the sister hotel next door. Turned up for dinner just before 9pm...I was ignored for sometime before eventually being given a table...menu is limited to about 4 dishes...I asked if I could have some fries as an addition as my meal (steak) only came with veg...came out with fries no vegetables 😂 asked 'where is the vegetables?' they said oh you asked for fries...but I explained on the menu default option is vegetables and fries was extra...they then said they didn't have any vegetables left...fries and steak were overly salty...it was not enjoyable. Just be aware that the parking is a bit of a 'free for all park where you can' old uneven space and not in the secured part of the hotel...I think it is also used by the public although you pay the hotel. Also it is about 20 minutes walk from the Metro...that does not bother me at all but might be a bit far for some. Location is quite residential so not much about unless you are prepared to walk...breakfast was really good
Great hotel and super convenient to the airport. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming- I mentioned I had a flight before breakfast started and they packed me a breakfast box to go. Rooms were incredibly clean, highly recommend !
