SCAM! SCAM!
Scam. There were no room booked. We went to Baguio last Friday with my family to celebrate my son's birthday. And surprise! walang room na nabooked. The guards at the reception area told us na marami na na scam dito sa Hotel.com. We tried to contact the number provided and customer service # na non existent. Kahit email wala sumasagot.

When i got there they did not even know i was coming even thought i had a reservation. Room was not ready. All around not a very good place.

Good location but unsure with customer service
Unit room was quiet nice. It has enough space for me and my other 5 friends. All towels and slippers were provided for exact 6 people. The beds were big enough for all of us as well. Problem was we were checked in an hour and a half late. It was supposed to be 2:00 PM however the lady told us to wait as the room was being cleaned and the people who previously stayed in, checked out late. On our last day, we asked the customer service if we can check out around 1:30 PM instead of 12 noon since we were checked in late. They said No, even if it was their fault. Which is disappointing. We also asked if we could get the bathroom cleaned because it really stunk even we just used it for only a day. The exhaust fan wasn't good enough to clean the air. The cleaner wasn't available till 5:30 PM (I asked around 9AM). So we just cancelled the cleaner, and just cleaned the toilet ourselves. Also on the last day, I was woken up by someone opening the door. It was around 9AM. They had the keys and opened the door without knocking. I was sleeping in the lounge so I know someone just got in. I went outside the hallway, and saw no one however the room in front of us just closed which is weird. I don't mind someone coming and inspecting the room, but just knock and let us know. And if you want entertainment, bring your own. Because the TV that is in our room wasn't working. Someone went up to our unit and reassured us that the mechanic will fix it, but they didn't.

No toilet paper - you need to bring your own
Imagine - there was not toilet paper in the bathroom for WELCOME. When I raised this question to condo management I was told that I HAVE TO BUY MY OWN TOILET PAPER. This ends my review.

Superb Location and Homey Feel
We booked this last minute and was relieved tl find out it is very close to Session Road and the bus terminals. We walked everyday along Session to get to the market and Burnham. It is a very nice condo unit with complete appliances just like any home. We cooked breakfast in the morning, reheated our left over food from eating out, these can save you a lot of money since Baguio vegetables and such come in at lower prices. The only setup about the room is the sink. It overflows every time we try to wash dishes, there's a tornado mop to use but the spinning function doesn't even work. It was such a hassle (borderline unsanitary) to hand dry the mop.

they have the best accomodation :) and also their location is perfect for the events like what we visited the panagbenga :) we hope to stay there again soon :)

A nice self-contained studio
The place is very close to the city, just walking distance to the main Session Road. The room itself is very nice, decorations wise, amenities, ambience, etc.There is limited service though. Once you get checked in you are pretty much on your own. When I check out, there was no one to check me out or check the room. I just had to leave the keys to the guard.

The condo is expensive for the nightly rate .the condo management needs to coordinate to their staffs specially when check in time. Staffs were not aware about the booking and asking for room number but the room details are not listed during booking. Hot shower is not working and blankets are not thick enough for cold place like Baguio. They should put on advertisements that it's in basement area and no view .overall Everything is ok like location, cleanliness .

It's what you see but..
...the room was infested by little roaches..lots and lots of them, they sprayed the room with insecticide without my permission when I went out. I got back inhaling poisonous gas from the insecticide and it lasted for hours. The check-in process is a hassle. You don't want to experience this. Do you?

Very disappointing
This is not a hotel for tourists, this is a condotel for students. This is managed by a rental property agency which not ready for a short term stay and the place is poorly maintained. There's is no housekeeping , nobody to ask if problem arise in the room. The hallways has a very distinct smell which give us a headache, we literally have a mask and hold our breath once the elevator opens and walk thru the hallways. The kitchen utensils are old and dirty , the refrigerator does not work . The toilet was slow to flush and gets clog . No toiletries. The bed linens are stinky . Mosquitoes and few cockroach crawling in the kitchen area. It's also noisy And some students are disrespectful. Poor security anybody can give/ share the security card to anybody

Don't Stay, don't walk away, run away fast
Booked the room for 2 days and requested to extend to 3 days via orbitz contact hotel feature. Was approved for 3 days Feb 23,24 and 25. When we arrived we were told we had only 2 days. I showed the girl the e-mail and she said yes, the 23,24 and 25 is for 2 nights. The room was sparse with less than than minimal pillows and towels and lets not forget, no toilet paper. The toilet seat was falling off and the shower was filthy. It is a shame because I'm guessing the management company is doing a disservice to the property owners.

When we got to hotel,the paint smelled really bad,there was no hot water,It was too cold in the room, and the beds weren't comfortable.They showed us false advertisement on the Internet

When we first arrived, we were shown a dingy basement room. When I said no & it was not like the internet photos, we were shown a 3rd floor room (it had not been cleaned yet). We took the room & had a great stay.

Hotel is so-so
Service was slow. Room at the GF was smelly and noisy due to ongoing construction. Ventilation was poor. There were tiny cockroaches inside the room. Pros: free wifi, near session road and shower had good pressure and hot water.

Our accomodation was fine, but not the best we've got. There's no heater, no toilet paper as we came, there were garbage and empty liquor battle left. There were no ready plastic bag on the trash can.The worst thing was there were workers working on the same floor. So the whole floor was so dusty and smells painting. But our coordinator was kind and polite.

Zentral, aber sehr laut mit schlechter Luft
Es war zentral gelegen. Doch war es zu laut. Das Appartement lag am Eingang einer Tiefgarage und somit sehr laut. Die Luft im Raum war sehr schlecht, auch nach Gebrauch entsprechender Dufterfrischer.

SMに近く見えるけど・・
バギオ大聖堂方面に歩いて、セッションロードを歩いた方が楽かもしれない。急な階段を2〜30段を3回登らないとセッションロードにたどり着かない。時間的にはこっちの方が早いかもしれないけど・・施設はコンドミニアムで受付も正面のガードマンではなく、奥に入った事務所で行う。部屋はキッチンとかあったけど不衛生感がすごい、温水は出るがバスタオルなし、ベッドや掛け布団も変な匂い、立地を考えて選んだけど次は利用しないかな。名前どうりホテルじゃないし。
