"Clean and comfortable after a long flight. Breakfast was very good."

"The bathroom window (which faces the alley) has a broken frame, so it does not close. The outside window security bars are loose. So, someone could easily climb inside. Since the window didn’t completely shut, the bathroom was about 30 degrees when I went to take a shower. Then I kept complaining about the 2-3 drunk people next door. Loud as F. I complained, but they kept it up. I jerryrigged the bathroom window. A real Macgyver job. Also, the first room I reserved had a bad tv and the heat had been left off for long time. Very cold."

"Great place to stay if visiting someone attending Northwestern. Convenient to Evanston’s restaurants and stores as well as the university buildings. The rooms are very roomy and have a kitchenette which is helpful. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"Breakfast was just ok. The room was small and the setup was odd so it made moving around a little challenging. Staff didn’t keep things replenished but when asked if there was more they did get it for us. The rooms were nice and roomy and even tho Expedia’s room description showed that a sofa bed was included, turns out it was not, but the hotel gave us a room upgrade to accommodate at no additional cost. Overall very pleased with our stay!"
