"First impressions are so important. We had a bad first impression and just walking to our room, we were dreading it. The young man who checked us in talked down to us and was impatient and discourteous. We were both shocked. However our room was actually nice ... very clean, spacious and well thought out. It was a pleasure staying there. The breakfast was great Location was brilliant. We did not ask anyone at the front desk for anything though."
