"Our room was very spacious, but basic. No frills at all. The heated pool was lovely, but after swimming peacefully for about 15 minutes my husband joined me and so did a staff member. She sat on a chair and did a speaker phone call with family (including an excited, screaming child) and ruined the whole peaceful o space. We wound up leaving and he didn’t swim because it was just awkward. A shame because that’s why we chose this hotel. The woman at the restaurant was amazingly kind. Overall it...

"The hotel is inside the Ba Vi National Park, it is very tranquil, the hotel area has excellent control on mosquitoes, pool and gymn have excellent view of the forest. "The staff truly made my stay enjoyable. I visited to celebrate a birthday, but the day came and went without any special acknowledgment from the hotel—no small gesture like a slice of cake or a card, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the overall experience was still worthy of four stars. A special mention to Trang in the F&B department, who was outstanding and made a real difference to my stay."

"Pro: walking distance to bus station, Highland coffee shop and plaza. Room is clean and no tobacco smell. We had been placed in rooms at different hotels with heavy tobacco smell that we had to walk out before. Friendly staffs. We checked in at 4 am, asked the staff if we could check out a little bit late at 2 pm on the same day, they accommodated us without asking for more money. Con: not too convenient to rent a motorbike nearby. "
