"Breakfast ok.ish! Pool OK but only because we were the only guests in the hotel! Staff were ok until problems arose ... management were dreadful.. Cleanliness... well I slept for the first 2 nights on a filthy matress infested with bed bugs. "

"Wonderful spot with a breathtaking view on the lago Patria lake. 15 minutes from Naples (Pozzuoli) and 5 minutes away from a wide choice of lidos beaches. The room and the place were extremely clean. Every member of the staff was indeed helpful and kind: the hotel is apparently run by the same family since 1965. Excellent service at the bar (basically a lake view solarium) with plenty of free welcome drinks and snacks upon arrival. The stay was lovely. Very easy and safe parking. Very good...

"This is a wonderful family run hotel, located in a quite residential area with free parking. The property is clean and tidy and with exceptional staff. It offers a beautiful and assortment of fresh baked goods for breakfast, the apple cake (torta di mele) was amazing. The property is located about 600m from the beach, and a 6min drive to the train station that can easily take you to Rome and other locations. There are a number of restaurants close by. "We were upgraded to their beach front resort Bahamar, very nice close to food and beach"

"The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We didn’t speak much Italian and she didn’t speak much English, but it wasn’t a problem at all. She was amazing. We were not driving, but the parking is ample and secure right next to the building. The building is newer and across the street from a beautiful beach. Our room was on the ground floor with a huge patio very comfortable."

"Hemos tenido que pagar por el aire acondicionado( nos pidió primeramente y por mail una cantidad y luego al llegar vimos otra. fuimos a dar una vuelta y dejamos el aire puesto para que refrescara la habitación ; al volver el aire estaba apagado ,lo mismo con el ventilador No hay ascensor y hay que subir dos pisos andando.la habitación era espaciosa pero muy anticuada con camas muy blandas. Las sábanas de la cama grande raspaban. El baño estaba fuera de la habitación y estabamuy viejo;la bomba...
