"My family stayed at the Fonte del Benessere Resort for five nights. The hotel is excellent, and we would have awarded 5 stars but for the the really bad dinner we experienced. One night we decided to eat dinner in the dining room. The service was excellent however the food was genuinely bad. Bland pasta dishes, under cooked food. My daughter and I ordered a risotto dish with shrimp. The risotto was tasteless and covered with what we guessed was pureed frozen shrimp (really frozen). Really...
